so i have to write down what i learn tonight
it's VERY useful
stress->distress->depression
source: both positive and negative events (+ve eg: stress from a future date)
symptoms: tired, want to isolate, no socializing, uninterested to do anything
Mark: love yourself, neighbor and God
self esteem: too high->perfectionist and overload yourself (ex:5AP classes)
too low-> refuse to seek help coz worry to get rejected
so accept failure in life, and ask for help from others.. talk to ppl
ex: C grade is not end of world..
rejected date is fine, dont blame urself, maybe other factors
use laughter to cover up/forget stressful events (eg: the speaker made a mistake when she was taking her q exam)
dont always think u can do/handle everything
ex: do hw on sunday afternoon
fri fellowship, sat extra activity sun: church
then... girl call u ask out sunday afternoon

not sure why to study college
omg is that just me??
i'm so thankful to God that at least i'm making new frds, even with no progress from school
